How to request a refund

Find your order confirmation email from the official store (it has your order number and the support contact).
Contact the official store’s customer support within 60 days of purchase and request a refund under the money-back guarantee.
Follow their return instructions, including any address for returning bottles (opened or unopened, per their terms).
Once received and processed, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
